How it Works

Send Us a Referral:
Fill out our [Referral Form Link] or contact us by phone, text, email, or live chat.
We Handle Everything:
We’ll reach out to the seller — only if they know you're referring them and expect our call — and make the process simple and stress-free.
You Get Paid:
If the deal closes and the seller has moved out, you’ll receive $1,000 — or you can choose to have it donated to your favorite charity, or split it between yourself and a charity!

What Makes a Good Referral?

We’re looking for homeowners who want or need to sell quickly, especially:

Inherited properties
Distressed or fixer-upper homes
Hoarder houses
Properties needing major repairs
Anyone needing a fast, hassle-free sale

👉 Please only submit referrals where the seller knows you and is expecting our call.
(We cannot accept cold address-only submissions.)

When Will You Get Paid?

You’ll receive your $1,000 reward within 5 business days after the transaction closes and the seller has fully moved out.
Payments can be made via check, direct deposit, or sent to a charity of your choice.

Important Program Rules

Seller must personally know you and agree to be contacted.
Full seller contact info is required.
No reward if the seller was already in our system or had contacted us previously.
No reward if the property is listed with another Realtor unless the seller contacts us directly.
Referrals are rewarded only after a successful closing and seller move-out.
First valid referral submission gets the reward if duplicates occur.
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income — consult your tax advisor if you have questions.
